Naperville sessions will be held from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and will include continental breakfast and lunch.

Institute Curriculum
The five classroom sessions—offered in Naperville and Springfield—build upon each other for an integrated and comprehensive management development experience. Fieldwork is assigned after each session to reinforce the learning and application of new skills, and will be reviewed at the beginning of each subsequent session.

You’ll complete the DISC Index Assessment and receive a full report with your results before the second session. This assessment reveals your behavioral style, as well as your communication and learning styles, which are essential to know when leading a team.

You’ll also complete a pretest before the first session and post-test after the fourth session to track your development.

Group and Individual Coaching
Group coaching after the previous session’s fieldwork will reinforce new concepts, strategies and applications. Individual coaching will be available by phone after the third session for one-on-one expert feedback on your progress. Each participant will be able to take advantage of up to two hours of individual coaching.

Rick Lochner, President and CEO, RPC Leadership Associates, Inc.
Rick is an accomplished coach, facilitator, college professor, keynote speaker, and author, and leads each session of the IHA Management Institute. His vision is to help professionals make leadership a way of life. He coaches leaders to help them leverage effective goal-setting, organizational planning, people development, and process improvement to ensure their business strategies achieve desired results.

A West Point graduate, Rick spent his 11-year military career leading soldiers in challenging environments around the globe. He then spent 18 years in corporate leadership positions ranging from front-line management to senior executive management.

Laurie E. Cohn, Principal, RPC Leadership Associates
Laurie is co-founder of Aspire Consulting, Ltd. and a certified business coach. Her passion and experience come from her successful 34-year career in healthcare in which she held administrative, operational and fiscal leadership positions in several nationally recognized clinical departments and programs.

Susan L. Lauer, Principal, RPC Leadership Associates
Susan is co-founder of Aspire Consulting, Ltd. During her successful 25-year career in healthcare, Susan held numerous leadership positions and managed personnel and systems. She has also taught at the graduate level and is a frequent author on leadership and strategic planning.
