Comprised of behavioral health and other multidisciplinary thought leaders from across Illinois, the Integrated Behavioral Health Learning Network will focus on the following critical issues facing hospitals, providers and communities:
- The identification of strategies and best practices to better integrate and coordinate behavioral healthcare in the ED and across the care continuum;
- The exploration of innovative learning models to foster organizational awareness surrounding the connection between behavioral health, physical health, and socio-economic needs to improve care and align treatment within the most appropriate setting; and
- The consideration of factors that hinder innovation, including gaps in systems of care, changing regulation and a lack of resources.
Please note: This event is exclusively for IHA's Clinical Services members.
This session will meet from 12:30-3:00 pm
Finalized agenda and meeting materials will be distributed to all registrants no later than one week prior to the session.
