Carol A. Friesen, Chief Executive Officer, Eastern Region, OSF HealthCare
As Chief Executive Officer of OSF HealthCare’s Eastern Region, Friesen is responsible for six markets in Illinois and Michigan with $1.5 billion net revenue. Prior to joining OSF HealthCare, she served as Vice President, Health System Services at Bryan Health. Friesen also led the Heartland Health Alliance, consisting of 48 member hospitals in Lincoln, Nebraska, and served as President/Chief Executive Officer of its Crete Area Medical Center.

Friesen previously chaired the national Health Financial Management Association (HFMA) and was awarded its Medal of Honor and Shelton Award. She is a frequent speaker, moderator and guest faculty member at regional and national events.

Gary Dose, Vice President, Business Development, NAPA
Dose serves as Vice President of Business Development for North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA).
