Upcoming COVID-19 Calls and Webinars

A Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Clinician Outreach and Communication Activity (COCA) call on April 16 from 1-2 p.m. (CT) will provide an overview of the importance of mortality data, discuss the National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) Vital Statistics Reporting Guidance document for those who may need to certify a death involving COVID-19, and present a summary of COVID-19 surveillance. Another COCA call takes place on April 17 from 1-2 p.m. on COVID-19 Insights from Healthcare Systems. During this call, presenters will discuss the current impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on healthcare systems in the U.S., including key successes and challenges from the hospital response perspective.
